Te responsabilizarás de impulsar y desarrollar el proyecto de implantación de la estrategia de negocio en Alemania, liderando el crecimiento y desarrollo de negocio de la empresa en el país.
Tus funciones serán:
Colaborar en la planificación estratégica alineada con los objetivos de posicionamiento de Orona en el país.Analizar y estudiar el mercado a fin de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar una adecuada política de expansión y estrategia comercial acordes con las directrices establecidas dentro el Plan Estratégico de la compañía.Identificar potenciales oportunidades de negocio para la compañía.Ejercer la representación externa e interna de la compañía, potenciando la imagen corporativa y el desarrollo de la imagen de marca en el país.Poseer un conocimiento del mercado global, cultura y regulación del país. que permita una correcta adecuación de la estrategia de negocio a las particularidades y regulaciones propias del país.Supervisar y analizar la evolución de la actividad en el país, para el control y reporte de los principales datos y métricas de seguimiento.Qué te ofrecemos:Integración estable en empresa sólida, referente (en su sector y en el entorno)Autonomía e iniciativa en la gestión del negocioPaquete retributivo atractivo y con evoluciónOrganización innovadora y dinámicaQué buscamos:
