About the Position
The Business Development and Innovation Manager - Education and Training Activities will be accountable for the effective development, promotion, sales, and uptake of the EIT Manufacturing Education services and programs in the countries represented by EIT Manufacturing West regional office. This includes Portugal, Spain, and France.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the local EIT Manufacturing education ecosystem, consisting of students, academic institutions, RTOs, commercial enterprises, and training distributors.
- Collaborate with the Education Team and partners to enhance the EIT Manufacturing education offering.
- Create and leverage business partnerships to achieve objectives in terms of registered students, students that become entrepreneurs, upskilled talents, and revenue.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of the education and upskilling business in the area of manufacturing across covered countries.
- Able to create and direct a local education ecosystem.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership-building skills.
