As a Finance Supervisor, you will oversee three critical areas: Finance, Payroll, and Treasury

Your responsibilities include:

Finance Area:

  • Lead cost analysis and bid modeling.
  • Prepare and develop forecasts and business plans.
  • Interpret financial statements and identify financial trends.

Payroll Area:

  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize workflows, develop procedures, and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor contracts and relevant state laws.

Treasury Area:

  • Coordinate Treasury operations and maintain banking relationships.
  • Collaborate with UPS Region Treasury, Finance, and Accounting for related tasks.
  • Resolve internal treasury policy and procedural issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Flexibility in working hours (08:00 17:00 with flexibility).
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle unexpected events.
  • Multitasking, effective prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technology industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is a plus.
