FP&A; Accounting Supervisor

Circana Careers is seeking a highly skilled FP&A; Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing analysis and explanations regarding deviations against the annual budget, monthly accounting closings, and quarterly estimation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the financial closing monthly in coordination with other finance teams.
  2. Analyze financial indicators for the company with full P&L; responsibility.
  3. Lead the financial reporting to the management team and other areas of the organization.
  4. Review achievement results comparing Actuals vs Budgets.
  5. Compliance with contract clauses.
  6. Monthly review of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, including variance analysis.
  7. Support the risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance.
  8. Support business teams with giving them visibility and understanding of the financial information.
  9. Collaborate and supervise with the external Shared Services teams.
  10. Improve management control systems to ensure the proper control of the businesses and automate manual work.
  11. Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant.
  2. Experience of at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) or audit positions.
  3. Essential knowledge of PGC regulations.
  4. Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial systems.
  5. Knowledge of Netsuite is a must.
  6. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  10. Thrives in dynamic environments.
  11. Strong analytical and financial acumen to understand and follow up business results.
  12. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. Able to perform under tight deadlines.
  13. High willingness to learn and grow.
  14. Autonomous and self-started mindset.
  15. Fluency in English - minimum level C1.
  16. Knowledge of Dynamics and the FMCG industry is a plus.
