Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic B2B marketing plan that aligns with TheFork's business objectives and targets the restaurant sector, including relevant industry partners.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of TheFork's B2B website, ensuring it serves as an effective B2B portal for engaging restaurant partners, including but not limited to:
- UX + mobile and customer journey optimization
- Messaging product positioning & overview
- Tracking
- Website redesign and relaunch
- Lead the creation and management of a customer loyalty program tailored for restaurant partners, with a focus on retention and longterm partnership development.
- Gather insights on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Support creating targeted communication campaigns with CRM team, in order to keep in touch with customers through newsletters, updates, and informative content that adds value beyond the sales pitch.
- Support strategies for crossselling and upselling to existing customers with CRM team.
- Collaborate with the sales/AMs and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience that reinforces trust and loyalty.
- Define social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement within the restaurant community, and evaluate appropriate scope for the following:
Content creation
- develop a content calendar that outlines what type of content
- Community management monitor social media channel, respond promptly to customer inquiries and foster positive interactions by engaging with followers
Performance analysis
- Track key performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work closely with country teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and to provide support for sales initiatives.
- Utilizing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to gauge customer satisfaction and coordinate actions with countries on improvements
- Support creating compelling sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our services to potential partners.
