Joining the IT Purchasing team in the TUI Sourcing and Security area, as IT Purchasing executive, you will be providing the required devices and licenses to the TUI Musement employees so they can do their work with the proper IT devices and tools.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Prepare and execute the devices logistics before each season so all temporary staff have the required devices in place at all TUI MM destinations
- Maintain and control the inventory of devices to have an updated dashboard of devices in our platform Therefore
- Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues to be sure that has the required devices, in coordination with the linemanager and HR, as well as the offboarding process
- Processing supplier invoices to the finance department and managing the recharges to the proper department working in coordination with the destination offices
- Be uptodate with technological advances related to iPads, Computers, POS and any other technical device that could be of interest
- Support IT purchasing Specialist improving the purchasing processes and best practices
- Maintain an appropriate stock of devices
ABOUT YOU
- You have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
- Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or purchase management
- Previous experience in purchase department
- Skills to interact with business stakeholders. Analytical, with strong problemsolving abilities
- Technological knowledge of IT devices: iPads, Computers, surfaces, and other IT accessories
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced virtual environment that demands coordination with global/remote destinations
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus
- Stock management experience is appreciated
- Purchasing knowledge related to types of contracts and legal requirements is appreciated
