Job description

For our Supplier Integration department in Palma, we are seeking a Supplier Connectivity Executive. Supplier Connectivity Executive pursues the goal to support the Supplier Integration Team to successfully grow and ensure that it operates with maximum efficiency.

In this role the Supplier Connectivity Executive will act as a bridge between the different stakeholders –destination offices, suppliers, internal and external IT providers– analysing current processes, exploring improvement options, ensuring their implementation and teaching the best practice use.

Reporting to the Operations Director your main responsibilities will be:

Creating and maintaining operational/training documentation Elaboration of Business Requirements and driving the application forward. General application/process support for daily tasks: Being first level support for questions and doubts about the use of the applications. Coordination and organization of processes related to User Training and Processes Optimization.

Requirements

Degree in related business fields. Extended understanding of Touristic Business (Knowledge of Channel Managers and Integration models is advantageous). IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and related MS office products. High level English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent communications skills and proactivity. Results-oriented and self-organized working style. Ability to travel.
