Our team is looking for leaders who are excited by the opportunities in the big picture and can hit the ground running.

You set the pace and bring the sales teams around you along on the Managed Service journey by focusing on sales acceleration.


In this role, you will join the EMEA's Managed Services team to accelerate new and existing offerings for Managed Services through a set of focused partners.

You will work closely with Cisco field sales to make a Managed Service activities a central part of their business plan.

You will work with cross functional groups to develop high growth initiatives that can scale across the region. Being curious, thinking big and exploring diverse ideas is a must

What You'll Do

  • Be a team player who is highly execution focused and strategic with a clear vision of how to accelerate Managed Service sales with driving demand generation activities, resulting into pipeline discussions that will result partner growth
  • Be a collaborator who can create strong relationships and influence others to meet our objectives.
  • Have sales knowledge and contacts with understanding of Cisco field sales.
  • Possess Managed Services knowledge
  • Proven track record in Managed Service sales
  • Be a dynamic sales execution leader with aspirations to break new ground
  • Build strategic relationships with Managed Service leaders and Cisco sellers
  • Show excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.
  • Strong executive presence and proven ability to build credibility and relationships with partner and Cisco sellers.
  • Be a strategic and creative thinker adapt at balancing intense shortterm pressures with overall longterm goals.
  • Instill a cooperative teamoriented culture and values inclusive diversity of people and perspectives.
  • Be flexible, with a startup mentality. Your daytoday responsibilities may change, though you will always be aligned to driving services acceleration.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required MBA is preferred with a minimum of 5+ years' related experience
  • A strong understanding of Managed Services and sales acceleration
  • Led sales campaign creation and execution leading to a concrete demand generation of leads resulting into pipeline and profitability ideally in a Managed Service environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in Spanish and Italian, and a desire to work in a teamoriented environment.
