Duties and Responsibilities -
  • Efficiently operate the Front Office functions on a nightly basis to ensure productivity and profitability
  • Supervise, guide, and assist department colleagues in their tasks
  • Foster a strong sense of teamwork across the hotel
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Create a warm and efficient check-in/check-out experience for guests
  • Keep Front Office staff updated on hotel-related information and operations
  • Maintain organized departmental records in compliance with company policies
  • Ensure availability of necessary supplies and tools for colleagues
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, providing assistance to guests round the clock
  • Facilitate effective communication of guest requests to relevant departments
  • Promptly address and resolve guest inquiries and feedback to meet their satisfaction
  • Personally greet and cater to guests, anticipating their individual preferences
  • Regularly assess service standards at public areas to uphold quality and consistency
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently to ensure their contentment
  • Maintain integrity in guest data management

Requisitos :

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
