Regional On Premise Business Development Manager

At Empresa reconocida, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional On Premise Manager to lead our On Premise sales and marketing efforts in the assigned region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for breaking down and implementing our national business plan, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our distributors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Role Model: Be the face of our brand in the market, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge transfer within the regional and national teams. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting our premium brand values and image standards.
- Team Leader: Build and maintain a high-performing team, leading and coaching direct reports to achieve increased productivity and engagement. Develop and implement a regional training plan, guaranteeing customized trainings and coaching to ensure continuous development of the team.
- Strategic Operator: Take ownership of the regional On Premise business plan, driving horizontal and vertical growth through effective route planning, market analysis, and execution. Collaborate with the OPMM to develop marketing strategies and concepts, leveraging the brand and increasing product consumption in the ever-changing On Premise environment.
- Business Manager: Plan and develop the geographical area and team structure, managing and optimizing available team resources, including budget and POS material. Conduct ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tool databases, driving action-oriented decision-making.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- 2+ years of management experience (FMCG experience a plus).
- Experience in a Musketeer position preferred.
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge and established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy.
- Open, extroverted, and able to inspire others with a genuine nature and contagious "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, with strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability, with highly developed analytical skills.
- Ability to translate data and insights into effective sales activation and compelling brand-marketing activities.
- Social Chameleon, understanding all groups of people and adapting communication, presentation, and professional appearance accordingly.
- Clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in FMCG context.
- Solid presentation and communication skills, including selling, negotiating, training, coaching, and active listening.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Value focus, professionalism, responsibility, and passion.
- Proficient in IOS and MS Office.
