Senior Manager of Global Recruitment

IE University's Global Recruitment department is seeking a Senior Manager to join its team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to meet the recruitment objectives for the professional pathway of Science, Technology, and Data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team to meet the recruitment objectives.
  • Product Management: Understand the product in its performance and product stages, and coordinate a continuous improvement mindset with the commercial and academic team.
  • Strategy: Develop a mid and long-term strategy of the portfolio in collaboration with the schools and owning possible new product launch process.
  • Sales: Mentor and assess candidates in their process of selecting their degree, and participate/lead initiatives that drive sales growth.
  • Commercial: Develop and execute strategic actions to meet the recruitment objectives in Madrid with the HQ team or with international offices around the world.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing Senior Manager for a successful and cohesive marketing plan.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise and serve as a common ground for other key internal stakeholders like School Deans and Vice-Deans, Talent & Careers, Alumni Relations, Corporate Relations, among others.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of previous work experience in tech sales in the technology sector, commercial or business development is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish as a second language or native is desirable.
  • Masters in technology, business technology or MBA Alumni is required.
  • Academic background in science, engineering, technology, business technology, finance, economics preferred.
  • Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • High level of comfort interacting in diverse environments across different age groups.
  • Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible work scheduling, may require night and weekend work as well as domestic and international travel.
