Job Title: Global Client Service Senior Manager

At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Client Service Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our capabilities in client relationships, sales operations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client relationships and sales operations
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set the overall strategic agenda and execute initiatives
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as relationship excellence, account management, and proposal excellence
  • Manage and execute special projects and BAU activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in consulting, preferably with BCG
  • Proven project and program management experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
