Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Team as a Global Client Service Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our capabilities in client relationships, sales operations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set the overall strategic agenda and drive senior stakeholder engagement
  • Capture and develop offerings across regions and account teams
  • Work with key BCG functions to execute the agenda and support change management
  • Monitor and track progress
Requirements
  • MBA and bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or engineering field
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience with a strong preference for most of this in consulting; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Proven project and program management experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
