Job Title: Global Client Service Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Client Service Senior Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Client Team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our capabilities in client relationships, sales operations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set the overall strategic agenda and execute key initiatives
  • Lead the development of new offerings and tools to support client success
  • Manage and execute change management initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the Boston Consulting Group partnership and business
