Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Global Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our capabilities in client relationships, sales operations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and sales operations
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and drive results
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set the overall strategic agenda and drive senior stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership, tools, and processes to support the change agenda and execution of initiatives
  • Monitor and track progress, and provide support to execute the agenda
Requirements
  • Proven success in managing change in a global, complex, matrix organization
  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to package complex topics
  • Proven ability to be a credible thought partner with BCG Managing Directors & Partners
  • Understanding of the BCG partnership and BCG's business
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities
Qualifications
  • MBA and bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or engineering field
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience with a strong preference for most of this in consulting; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred
