Job Description

IE University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its Admissions & Enrollment, Graduate Programs team as a Manager. This is a dynamic and international role that requires a strong ability to guide, advise, and enroll candidates applying to the graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the entire admissions process, ensuring a high-quality experience for all candidates.
  • Conduct admission interviews with a focus on professional and young professional profiles, utilizing excellent knowledge of the entire admissions journey.
  • Identify candidate needs and develop effective communication with Senior Managers of all five schools, ensuring a collaborative approach to admissions.
  • Plan and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-campus and virtually, representing the Global Admissions & Enrollment department at national and international events.
  • Develop strategies to ensure success in recruiting high-caliber domestic and international students, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, international offices, global recruitment, and academic teams.
  • Support the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions, leading the admissions process and following up with prospective students.
  • Follow up and support analysis of sales results to propose growth solutions, assisting with the planning, editing, and review of marketing materials to facilitate prospective students' interaction and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the development of IE University's brand identity nationally and internationally, improving processes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish as a second language or native preferred.
  • European work permit is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates from all over the world.
  • Visionary problem-solving skills and ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Flexible work scheduling, with potential for night and weekend work, and some domestic and international travel.
