Overview

The Corporate Masters Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution and daily administration of projects related to IE's Corporate Masters. This position acts as the primary liaison among students, faculty, and various departments within IE, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and program elements. Responsibilities include managing communication channels, implementing institutional policies, and facilitating logistics to provide an exceptional experience for corporate students.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Masters Directors, this role may also involve supervising other Corporate Programs Assistants as necessary. The Program Manager will engage with faculty, students, and external partners essential for the program's success.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement:

  • Regularly meet with corporate students to address concerns, provide guidance, and offer support with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate with class representatives alongside team members to enhance student relations.
  • Assist corporate students encountering academic challenges or other program-related issues.
  • Manage all forms of communication with corporate students, including written updates, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Utilize feedback from corporate students to identify opportunities for enhancing their experience at IE.

Faculty and Department Collaboration:

  • Communicate with faculty regarding specific situations involving corporate students, ensuring timely feedback and support.
  • Work in conjunction with various IE departments—such as Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services—to guarantee a positive student experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide assistance in the delivery of the Corporate Masters program.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks to ensure the department operates smoothly (e.g., payments, invoicing, travel arrangements).
  • Support participants and faculty throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Aid program managers with sales-related activities and represent IE at promotional events.
  • Manage onboarding processes and maintain daily interactions with participants and faculty.
  • Participate in organizing events and take responsibility for specific program components and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with substantial professional experience in both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer management abilities, the capacity to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder environments and exceptional communication skills are crucial.
  • Familiarity with global management education or experience in business schools is advantageous.
  • A valid EU work permit is required.
