Overview

The Corporate Masters Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and daily operations of initiatives related to IE Business School's Corporate Masters. This position acts as the primary liaison among students, faculty, and various departments within IE, ensuring seamless coordination of diverse tasks and program elements. Responsibilities include managing communication channels, implementing institutional policies, and facilitating logistics to deliver an exceptional educational experience for corporate students.

Reporting directly to the Directors of Corporate Masters, this role may also involve supervising the activities of other Corporate Programs Assistants as necessary. The Program Manager will engage with faculty, students, and external partners essential for the program's success.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement:

  • Provide support and guidance to corporate students, addressing their concerns and offering professional assistance with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with class representatives to enhance student engagement and communication.
  • Assist corporate students experiencing academic challenges or other program-related issues.
  • Manage all forms of communication with corporate students, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Utilize feedback from corporate students to identify opportunities for enhancing their overall experience at IE.

Faculty and Department Collaboration:

  • Communicate with faculty regarding specific student situations, solicit feedback, and ensure timely submission of academic materials.
  • Work closely with various IE departments, such as Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services, to ensure a cohesive and successful student experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the effective delivery of the Corporate Masters program.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department, including payments and travel arrangements.
  • Support faculty and participants throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Aid program managers with sales-related activities and represent IE at promotional events.
  • Participate in onboarding processes and maintain daily interactions with participants and faculty.
  • Contribute to the organization of events and take charge of specific program components and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with significant professional experience in both languages.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is essential.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills are necessary.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer management abilities, capacity to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability.
  • Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and exceptional communication skills are critical.
  • Background in global management education or experience with business schools is advantageous.
  • A valid EU work permit is required.
