We ́ll naturally provide you with training and mentoring to help you with your futureWe will of course support you in learning the ropes so that you can assist us in the following:
- Communicating with users and answering any queries they have about Hastee.
- Management of a set number of accounts.
- Keeping customer's data up to date and correct in the Hastee portal.
- Coordinating relevant internal teams to resolve client or user issues (e.g., a tech issue)
- Learning from & and implementing any client feedback on Hastee & and relaying this to relevant internal teams (e.g., product) where appropriate.
- You will work closely with other areas of the business, mainly the Customer Success Managers.
- Supporting the CSM with the management of their accounts. Including visiting customers where necessary.
- You will also receive ad hoc requests from other areas of the business, allowing you to gain exposure to different areas including Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- The ability to build good relationships
- Bilingual English/Spanish (or decent proficiency in either language)

Additional Information
This will be a paid internship and a role based in Barcelona but supports working remotely for most of the week.
