Key responsibilities include:
Support in annual C&B exercises including salary survey participation/analysis and annual compensation cycle.

Skills & abilities
University student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in HR Comp&Ben:
Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
