Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the HR department's administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
  2. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provide timely and accurate information or guidance.
  4. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  5. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR metrics.
  6. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  7. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  8. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  9. Produce monthly report of HR statistics for discussion with International Head of HR.
  10. Undertake adhoc projects identified by the management team.
  11. Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services, as this list is not exhaustive.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  3. Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. HR certification is a plus.
