We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for assigned hotels, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating interviews.
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing benefits, and coordinating training programs.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and employee communications.
- HR Systems: Maintain and update HR systems, including our HRIS and other HR-related software.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Language: Fluency in English, with a minimum of B1 level proficiency.
