**Job Summary**
The **Human Resources Manager** will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department at Advanced Nutrients, including onboarding staff, administering compensation and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and execute department priorities to ensure supervisees follow organizational policy and procedures.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Set goals for department performance and succession planning.
- Onboard and train new staff in the HR department.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department.
- Assist with employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policies.
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff on complex HR issues.
- Implement learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of human resource management experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
