Human Resources Manager

At Acumed LLC, we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent. As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Iberica team and collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and operational needs. Your expertise will be essential in translating these objectives into HR strategies and initiatives that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function, including recruitment activities, compensation programs, on-boarding, employee benefits, health and safety, equal employment opportunity, leadership training/coaching, and employee relations.
  • Lead the Talent Review Cycle, which includes performance reviews, succession planning, individual growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters, offering insights and solutions.
  • Develop HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disputes, or other concerns.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and maintain positive work relationships.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory change, and new technologies in human resources and employment law, within the assigned geography.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention through innovative HR solutions.

Requirements:
  • Must acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Acumed's business processes, in order to effectively communicate with managers and supervisors company wide.
  • Responsible for the training, coaching, and development of assigned employees, if/when applicable.
  • Make presentations and recommendations to management regarding new or existing HR practices.
  • Educate employees and managers on HR processes, practices, and initiatives.
  • Champions the alignment between the local entity employment law requirements and Acumed LLC/Marmon's management practices and expectations.
  • Direct the maintenance of HR records and data systems and review employee changes in status, to ensure fair and equitable application of compensation, HR policies and procedures.
  • Leads change management activities in support of organizational structural changes.
