Incident & Continual service improvement manager.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?
- Revisión de KPI's, y alinearlos con los SLA's pactados.
- Detectar y elevar oportunidades de mejora.
- Implementar y supervisar mejoras aplicadas al servicio.
- Modificar procedimientos
- Crear procedimientos
- Formar al equipo técnico con las mejoras implementadas, así como notificar de forma clara y entendible cambios en procedimientos.
- Velar por la correcta aplicación de los cambios.
SOBRE TI
¿Qué esperamos?
- Formación de Ciclo formativo grado superior sistemas o similares.
- Disponer de certificación: ITIL Foundations V3 ó superior
- 2 años de experiência en un puesto similar
- Conocimiento técnico a nível microinformático: Sistemas operativos cliente, Office, VPN, configuración de impresoras, permisos de usuarios, etc.
- Idiomas: Se requiere
catalán muy alto, no imprescindible nativo.
Habilidades:
- Buscamos a personas organizadas, metódicas y con empatía.
