Job Description
Service Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services.
- Ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies and contribute to strategic initiatives as key enablers of the architecture.
- Ensure the right sizing of the infrastructure, to ensure proper performance and cost optimization.
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure, aligned with cybersecurity department policies and recommendations.
- Manage the SDWAN current and future deployments related to the SDWAN network.
Requirements
- Experienced IT manager with at least 2 years of experience managing infrastructures in mid-sized or large companies.
- Excellent knowledge on infrastructures, networking, and public cloud technologies.
- Experienced Service Management professional with a passion for Service Improvement.
- Experience of managing teams of technicians.
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
- Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures, and related disciplines.
- Proven negotiation experience and analysis skills.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft systems: Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & server, Intune, etc.
- Demonstrable knowledge on AWS is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM (Jira or similar).
- AWS, Azure, and/or Microsoft 365 certification is desirable.
- Experience with Project management.
