Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with various departments across the Kingdom, including game teams, shared technology, infrastructure, advertising, and data teams, to detect, solve, or prevent a range of game-related incidents.
- Act as a coordinator, communicator, and facilitator, working closely with a team providing top-notch tools and assistance to excel in incident management.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to crack day-to-day problems in our business operations through effective incident management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams to work towards common goals and solutions.
- Think critically and transform complex situations into actionable plans.
About the Role: As an Incident Manager at King, you will be working collaboratively across all parts of the Kingdom to resolve critical incidents and ensure the smooth operation of our services.
