We are looking for someone with solid experience managing tech teams, successfully solving organizational challenges, and being comfortable leading a team of up to 10 people.
Your role within our Kingdom:
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will work together with the team to ensure a timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs while advocating advanced modern, agile software development practices and helping develop and promote great engineering and organizational practices.

You will also join our engineering management community and collaborate with the product organization.
Some typical activities:
Grow, lead, and support a healthy team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.

Together with the team and product manager, advocate for continuous integration best practices in the organization.
