Incident Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our team at PayRetailers Arg S.R.L. in Barcelona. As an Incident Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead incident analysis and provide actionable recommendations to prevent future incidents
- Ensure appropriate handling of incidents with the highest priority level
- Assist IT teams from incident assessment to resolution, ensuring service restoration and minimizing impacts
- Manage major incident reviews, assist IT managers in identifying root causes, and provide accurate descriptions of impacts and improvement actions
- Coordinate problem management activities, assist IT teams, and act as a facilitator and progress monitor
- Promote incident and problem management practices and help teams ensure proper implementation
- Ensure on-call duty and IT crisis standby, rotating with other team members
- More than 6 years of experience in incident management or a related role within the technology industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple incidents simultaneously
- Collaboration and leadership skills to work with diverse teams, lead incident response efforts, and influence stakeholders
- At least 10 years of experience in incident management or a related role within the technology industry
- Proven experience in managing and resolving critical incidents, prioritizing incidents, coordinating teams, and driving resolution efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations, identify trends, and develop practical solutions
- Experience in the sector of online payments and payment gateways
- 4x1 (1 day in office and 4 days of home office) schedule
