Incident Manager

We're PayRetailers, a leading provider of cutting-edge payment solutions in Latin America and Africa. We're seeking a skilled Incident Manager to join our team and help us expand into new markets and make a meaningful impact on the world of payments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and effective handling of high-priority incidents, coordinating with IT teams to restore service and minimize impacts.
- Lead task forces to resolve major incidents, ensuring coordination between IT and business stakeholders, and managing end-to-end communication.
- Conduct major incident reviews, assist IT managers in identifying root causes, and provide accurate descriptions of impacts and improvement actions for Tech executive management.
- Develop close working relationships with internal clients, providing reporting, KPIs, in-depth analysis, and incident reports.
- Coordinate problem management activities, assist IT teams in implementing solutions, and act as a facilitator to monitor progress.
About You:
- More than 6 years of experience in incident management or a related role within the technology industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple incidents simultaneously while remaining composed under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, lead incident response efforts, and influence stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of experience in incident management or a related role within the technology industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and resolving critical incidents, prioritizing incidents, coordinating teams, and driving resolution efforts.
