We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services. The successful candidate will ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies, contributing to strategic initiatives as key enablers of the architecture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services.
  • Ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives as key enablers of the architecture.
  • Ensure the right sizing of the infrastructure to ensure proper performance and cost optimization.
  • Ensure the infrastructure is secure, aligned with cybersecurity department policies and recommendations.
  • Manage the SDWAN current and future deployments related to the SDWAN network.
Requirements
  • Experienced IT manager with at least 2 years of experience managing infrastructures in mid-sized or large companies.
  • Excellent knowledge on infrastructures, networking, and public cloud technologies.
  • Experienced Service Management professional with a passion for Service Improvement.
  • Experience of managing teams of technicians.
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
  • Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures, and related disciplines.
  • Proven negotiation experience and analysis skills.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft systems: Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & server, Intune, etc.
  • Demonstrable knowledge on AWS is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM (Jira or similar).
  • AWS, Azure, and/or Microsoft 365 certification is desirable.
  • Experience with Project management.
