Job DetailsSENIOR CLIENT EXECUTIVE - MATERNITY LEAVE
Buscamos una persona interesada en la gestión y desarrollo de clientes importantes para la compañía, fabricantes líderes del sector FMCG, orientada a la búsqueda continua de nuevas oportunidades para el desarrollo de negocio, que nos permita reforzar el posicionamiento en cliente con el principal objetivo de impulsar la colaboración con éste.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Conocer y comprender al cliente, a su mercado y a su negocio, así como gestionar la relación con él, atendiendo con la mayor prontitud, exactitud y rigurosidad posible sus necesidades.
- Realizar y analizar briefings, preparando las presentaciones de la propuesta/estudio.
- Realizar Estudios Especiales.
- Realizar trabajos técnicos relacionados con los estudios de mercado (investigación documental, comprobación de tablas y gráficos, transcripciones, toma de notas, verificación de informes, análisis sencillos ) con visión cliente.
- Definir y realizar los proyectos solicitados por sus clientes, para la consecución de los objetivos fijados por el cliente y la estrategia diseñada para cada cuenta.
- Relacionarse con Operaciones (control de timing, comprobar el progreso del proyecto, dar instrucciones a Operaciones, dar especificaciones a proceso de datos ).
- Elaborar y ejecutar el Key Account Plan para cada cliente, que permitirá alcanzar los objetivos individuales y contribuir a los de la compañía.
CAPACIDADES
- Perfil con alta capacidad organizativa, que aporte un excelente servicio y recomendaciones de valor. Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y facilidad para trabajar transversalmente con distintos equipos/áreas.
- Titulación universitaria en Marketing, ADE, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas o similar con nível alto de Inglés y Español. Usuario avanzado en Ofimática, principalmente Excel y PowerPoint.
- Se valorará experiência en Market Research y comportamiento del consumidor.
