Hybrid Work Model

Job Description:

The position supports the CHEP Global Customer Intelligence and Insights team. You perform advanced data analysis to identify factors that affect business growth and efficiency. Reporting needs including the NPS Relationship Program (70 surveys globally) and the Transactional and Ad-hoc Survey Program.

Major/key accountabilities:

  • Data Analysis
  • Sources, compiles, and interprets data looking for accuracy and efficiencies. Can effectively communicate analysis output.

This includes:

  • Responsible for first level, presurvey sampling analysis for both Relationship and Transactional survey programs
  • Responsibility for sample file verification and upload into survey system(s)


Operational support
  • Provides and Acts as site administrator for all survey platforms and program intranet sites, providing support to global teams in administering, testing, fielding, and reporting on survey projects

Including:

  • Primary responsibility for survey translation file testing and upload into survey system(s);
  • Primary responsibility of usability testing of surveys


Reporting
  • Produces reports based on data analysis and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, areas of improvement, and creation of market level/postsurvey reporting dashboards


Identifying objects
  • Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting. Suggests strategies to achieve company CX/CI goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Team Members
  • Collaborate with functional/regional stakeholders, team members and Team leadership to ensure requirements for projects are properly gathered, vetted, and addressed. In addition, engage with stakeholders to have a great End to End customer journey understanding that will allow to connect the dots and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Project Management of NPS Relationship Program for chosen markets

Our Requirements:

  • Degree (or similar) in marketing, business administration, statistics etc.
  • Fundamental experience as analyst or similar role, preferably in marketing or customer experience program
  • Working in a matrix / international and crosscultural environment
  • Familiarity with standard office tools Tableau/PowerBI/Python or other comparable data analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other European language
  • NPS Certification is a nice to have
  • Statistical analysis skills and methods (specifically related to survey analysis)
