En Insight buscamos Analistas para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo de Software Lifecycle Services (SLS) en EMEA. La posición tiene oportunidades de crecimiento y especialización en el futuro.

Las principales funciones serían:

  • Apoyar el éxito del cliente en el campo de la gestión de activos de software.
  • Trabajar con herramientas SAM líderes en la industria desde una perspectiva operativa para ayudar a brindar posiciones de licencia y una amplia variedad de informes relacionados.
  • Para analizar y procesar los datos proporcionados por el cliente para realizar lo siguiente:
  • Realizar servicios de reconciliación de licencias.
  • Evaluaciones de calidad de datos, por ejemplo, para respaldar el procesamiento de registros de derechos de licencia.
  • Revisión de acuerdos de licencia, específicamente obligaciones y derechos de uso que quedan fuera de los modelos predeterminados o EULA estándar.
  • Gestionar la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo, trabajando hacia un alto nível continuo de proactividad y éxito en el compromiso.
  • Producir y mantener la documentación para respaldar el trabajo realizado. El rol implicará una interacción cercana con los compañeros de equipo que pueden estar ubicados en el extranjero.
  • Pasar a un rol de consultoría de licencias o de gobierno de procesos.
  • Ampliar la experiência y el conocimiento entre los editores de software.
  • Desarrollar habilidades específicas con respecto a las herramientas SAM, el análisis de contratos y el análisis de datos.

¿Qué esperamos que traigas contigo?

  • Inglés: capacidad para comunicarse adecuadamente en forma escrita y oral.
  • Excel: conocimientos/experiência con hojas de cálculo, análisis de datos y habilidades de búsqueda.
  • Interés genuino por aprender sobre licencias de software o herramientas SAM, idealmente con algún conocimiento de al menos un editor de software, con el deseo de desarrollar más conocimientos y habilidades de licencias.
