¿Qué harás?

  • Tu misión será contribuir al crecimiento de la cartera de clientes desde la prospección de empresas, hasta el cierre de acuerdos comerciales de forma consultiva.
  • Identificarás los leads potenciales en el canal B2B y recibirás leads generados a través de estrategias de inbound marketing.
  • Trabajarás con la herramienta de Salesforce como CRM asegurando el avance las cuentas en el funnel desde el lead hasta su conversión generando reportes mensuales.
  • Te coordinarás con el resto del equipo comercial apoyándote en otros miembros para conseguir los objetivos.
  • Tu feedback y reporte será de gran utilidad para la toma de decisiones sobre el lanzamiento de nuevos servicios y mercados susceptibles a dichos.
  • Identificarás nuevas oportunidades en el mercado estudiando a la competencia y escuchando a tus clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiência de 4 años en venta B2B e idealmente en empresas de servicios.
  • Experiência en desarrollo de negocio con grandes cuentas.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas y conceptos de venta digital.
  • Orientación por el cliente y por el resultado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con C Level.
  • Humildad y honestidad, valores que destacan en el equipo.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa final.
  • Horario de lunes a viernes flexible, de 9 de la mañana a 17h, posibilidad de hacer jornada reducida el viernes.
  • Salario fijo muy atractivo + variable por cierre de operación.
  • Retribución flexible.
  • Facilidades de conciliación.
  • 3 días de teletrabajo a la semana, 2 presencial en la oficina de Madrid.
