Headquartered in Austin, Texas and expanding across Europe and we are looking for great people to join the rapidly expanding team based in Madrid, Spain.
What you'll be doing (in a nutshell)
You will engage with new users of ShipStation, understanding their business and their objectives and managing the on-boarding, success and satisfaction of our clients that rely on ShipStation to power their core business processes.
Our New Business Account Managers are the client's first point of contact during their trial period and are responsible for the successful training, on-boarding and adoption of our new users in the ShipStation community, driving best practices, product adoption and revenue for ShipStation.
You will also be responsible for working with partner sales reps to sell ShipStation to joint clients and manage the sales process from proposal all the way through to onboarding.
You will be hungry to develop your sales skills and technical understanding of how delivery processes work. Strong written and
verbal communication skills in
French:
Comfortable being challenged in uncomfortable situations- Desire to
sell to and help customers on the phone - Embraces change and feedback on a regular basis
- Basic understanding of
ecommerce, shipping, and/or
B2B SaaS products - 2+ years experience in a clientfacing sales role
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software sales desirable but not required
Your responsibilities:

Selling ShipStation to the
French ecommerce market
- Managing a pipeline of inbound sales leads
- Growing ShipStation's client base in the
France through our partner relationships - Product demonstrations
- Advocating internally for product improvements

The salary range for this role:
up to
€22,000 base salary + €12,000 commission so an
OTE of €34,000:
Personal Training Budget. Up to 800€/year training budget (certifications, online courses, conferences attendance ) for investing in your professional development.
