ShipStation provides a multi-channel, multi-carrier delivery management platform, offering the most integrations of any ecommerce solution, with more than 300 partnerships with leading ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, carriers and fulfilment services, including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri, UPS, Amazon, eBay, Shopify and BigCommerce. ShipStation is part of the Auctane group along with other delivery softwares operating in Europe, Packlink and Metapack. Headquartered in Austin, Texas and expanding across Europe and we are looking for great people to join the rapidly expanding team based in Madrid, Spain.

What you'll be doing (in a nutshell)

:

You will engage with new users of ShipStation, understanding their business and their objectives and managing the on-boarding, success and satisfaction of our clients that rely on ShipStation to power their core business processes. Our New Business Account Managers are the client's first point of contact during their trial period and are responsible for the successful training, on-boarding and adoption of our new users in the ShipStation community, driving best practices, product adoption and revenue for ShipStation.

You will also be responsible for working with partner sales reps to sell ShipStation to joint clients and manage the sales process from proposal all the way through to onboarding.

You will be hungry to develop your sales skills and technical understanding of how delivery processes work. We want you to communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders for the benefit of our users.   • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in software sales desirable but not required

Selling ShipStation to the
UK ecommerce market

  • Managing a pipeline of inbound sales leads
  • Growing ShipStation's client base in the
    UK through our partner relationships
  • Product demonstrations
  • Advocating internally for product improvements
