Formador/a - Experto en Coaching y habilidades, para nuestro equipo.
El
objetivo principal de este equipo es desarrollar e impartir formación a la red de concesionarios de uno de nuestros principales clientes.
Las funciones que realizarás en tu día a día son las siguientes:
- Diseñar formaciones en habilidades y en gestión de emociones.
- Asistirás a los Train the Trainers correspondiente para obtener la última información del mercado.
- Desarrollarás guías formativas y contenidos.
- Te encargarás de la creación de materiales (presentaciones, manuales, videos, ejercicios prácticos.) para cursos presenciales, distancia y streaming.
- Impartirás formación presencial y online.
- Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación de habilidades para la Red.
- Evaluar continuamente las necesidades de capacitación del equipo y actualizar los programas de formación en consecuencia.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otras áreas para identificar puntos de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Titulación Universitaria.
- Tienes un inglés medio (B1).
- Muy valorable experiência como formador/a en el desarrollo y crecimiento de soft skills.
- Se valorará experiência en el uso herramientas para el desarrollo y la gestión de la formación: Articulate 360, Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Paquete Adobe, LMS, Aplicaciones móviles de dinamización, pizarras digitales, OBS o simlares.
- Te consideras una persona con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de análisis y organización.
