At Qlik, we're on a mission to transform complex data landscapes into actionable insights. As a Prospecting Coach, you'll play a crucial role in helping our business development team maximize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor new hires to ensure they're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Design and implement a skills development initiative that's always-on, prescriptive, and programmatic to meet the needs of the business
  • Act as a consultant to business development representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their quotas and career progression goals
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, talk tracks, and case studies, to help our team stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Design and deliver outbound demand plays that activate key business objectives and buying agendas in market
  • Gather feedback on all training initiatives from trainees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance on performance
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and business value
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or similar experience in a sales role responsible for generating new business
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos and slides)
  • Familiarity with role-playing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and work across organizations
  • Problem-solving skills
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field (a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies
  • Experience with driving lead generation teams for tele-prospecting and qualification
  • Experience selling into the Enterprise and SMB market segments with an understanding of vertical and functional business issues
  • Track record of successfully creating alignment with sales and influencing across a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to successfully effect organizational change while keeping the team focused on results
  • Proven experience of using coaching to improve team performance
  • Business-level English mandatory
  • Bachelor's equivalent mandatory
Operational Skills:
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed pipeline targets and objectives
  • Strong operational and project management experience. Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple initiatives
  • Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive performance optimizations
  • Able to leverage and use modern technology to improve connection and quality conversations that convert to revenue (Salesforce Lightning, 6Sense, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc)
  • Able to demonstrate ROI for Lead Generation and Demand Center investment
