Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare files for invoice approval
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the back office team in reporting and interpreting contractual and financial information for a company

Core Skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
