Role Overview:
The Relocation team is dedicated to assisting clients who wish to transfer their corporate equipment to new locations. Given the sophisticated nature of our client’s instruments, they require skilled engineers for uninstallation, dismantling, and reinstallation. A logistics partner with expertise in handling sensitive equipment is essential for the transport process, and the new site must be adequately prepared. Our client provides these services as a comprehensive package or on an as-needed basis.
As a Relocation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and classifying relocation requests based on geographical factors, complexity, and urgency.
- Collaborating with Sales representatives to gather additional information when required.
- Utilizing SAP CRM and various tools to pinpoint the exact product numbers of all machines designated for relocation.
- Engaging with logistics partners to provide them with the specifications of the customer fleet for transport availability and pricing.
- Requesting quotes from Original Equipment Manufacturers for the uninstallation and reinstallation of third-party machines involved in the relocation.
- Securing necessary customs documentation for relocations outside the EU.
- Assessing and selecting logistics proposals.
- Reviewing and accepting offers from Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Drafting official proposals and submitting them to the Service Business Manager for approval using current pricing guidelines.
- Upon receiving approval, coordinating with the Sales representative to communicate with the customer.
- Preparing Purchase Orders for external partners, including logistics providers and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data management, quality assurance, and data cleansing.
- Fluent in French and Spanish, with a native or advanced proficiency.
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant languages.
- Driven by customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Applicants must reside in Spain.
What We Offer:
- A full-time role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

- Annual salary of €20,200 gross, plus an attendance bonus.
