About the Job

The Sales and Marketing Team Assistant role is a key position within the Danone organization, reporting directly to the Zone Director. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Teams: Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including compiling PowerPoint presentations, generating purchase orders, and building and maintaining reporting files.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks such as arranging shipments of materials to customers, conducting consumer analysis and research, and preparing presentations and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the Zone Director's agenda, plan and organize meetings and seminars, and handle diverse administrative tasks such as ordering business cards and office supplies.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 2-3 years of experience working in a multinational/international environment in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in an Assistant role, preferably with General Managers/Director roles. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, as well as excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
