¿Qué rol desempeñarás?


La persona seleccionada tendrá como objetivo principal ; gestionar y dar forma a la demanda de todos los productos del portfolio, basándose en criterios y cálculos estadísticos, añadiendo toda la información relevante del área comercial y ajustando según comportamiento del mercado en cada momento (tendencia, negociación con clientes, hitos ), con el objetivo de conseguir una previsión consensuada que impulse el negocio.

Este rol trabajará en estrecha colaboración con las siguientes líneas de reporte:
VP Supply Chain - Director de Planificación - AD, Planificación de la Demanda.

Las principales funciones por realizar son:

  • Calcular una previsión de referencia basada en modelos estadísticos y en los datos históricos depurados.
  • Añadir a la previsión de referencia toda la información relevante del área comercial sobre promociones, tendencias locales y volúmenes.
  • Proporcionar apoyo y metodología al área comercial en la estimación del impacto de las promociones o cualquier otra actividad comercial
  • Revisar las previsiones para permitir la planificación de la oferta con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de costes y de nível de servicio.
  • Proporcionar previsiones agregadas a medio plazo para las estimaciones de capacidad de producción y para el dimensionamiento de almacenes y transporte
  • Dirigir el Comité Regional de Revisión de la Demanda con los responsables comerciales, llegando a un consenso sobre una previsión única y consensuada.
  • Participar en el comité regional S&OP
  • Comprender los factores que influyen en el sesgo de las previsiones y adoptar medidas correctoras
  • Participación en el proceso de planificación de escenarios

¿Qué te pedimos?

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Matemáticas o similar.
  • Experiência en el análisis de datos de mercado, idealmente en Gran consumo. Valorable experiência anterior como demand planner.
  • Inglés fluido ( B2-C1)
  • Valorable experiência en PowerBi
