WHAT WE OFFERPrincipales tareas:
- Facilitar y estimular la mejora continua en los procesos de la organización para cumplir con el objetivo de conseguir y mantener la calidad, costes, entrega y seguridad de los procesos al más alto nível.
- Diseñar y gestionar el plan de mejora continua en los sites de Sta Margarida y Parets. Facilitar eventos a través de metodología estructurada.
- Coordinar, motivar y apoyar proyectos Sixsigma en la organización.
- Formación de los empleados en todos los níveles para su desarrollo en conceptos de LEAN MANUFACTURING (White Belt / Yellow Belt trainings)
- Comunicación/interacción con stakeholders (internos a todos los níveles, externos: sinergias/best practices)
Requisitos: - Grado y/o máster en ingeniería química o similar.
- Títulación en LEAN MANUFACTURING (Black belt Six Sigma / Facilitator / Green Belt)
- 3-5 años de experiência en posición similar
