Key Responsibilities- Monitor site performance against set KPIs and develop plans to improve processes.
- Design and implement workplace health and safety programs and arrange training sessions.
- Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan resources for high-risk areas.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
You will be based on-site at one of our facilities, where you will work closely with colleagues to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will help us stay on top of health and safety compliance, and you will be responsible for setting up training and other programs to help everyone follow new safety processes and reach new standards.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience with planning or managing environmentally conscious initiatives.
