- Monitoring site performance against set KPIs and developing plans to improve processes
- Setting up workplace health and safety programs and arranging training sessions

- Carrying out audits to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and implementing solutions where risks are identified
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to identify smarter and safer ways of working, and set up training and other programs to help everyone follow new safety processes and reach new standards.
As a member of our Workplace Health and Safety team, you'll contribute to developing, implementing, and upholding our high safety and wellbeing standards.
Key qualifications include:
- Education to a degree level
- NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ5 Level or Equivalent qualification
- Understanding of Irish Environment, health and safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
