- Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and regulations.
- Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (including specializations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, and Ergonomía & Psicosociología aplicada) following Spanish Health and Safety regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience in planning or managing environmentally conscious initiatives.
