Responsabilidades

¿Qué harás?

Identificar y analizar, vía telefónica y presencial, las necesidades del cliente y estudio de posibles soluciones y trasladarlo a una propuesta de soluciones Microsoft. Gestión de cartera de clientes y visitas a clientes. Atención y generación de leads, elaboración de propuestas y cierre de venta. Gestión de renovaciones y mantenimientos de licencias. Seguimiento de vencimiento de contratos, elaboración de ofertas, control y gestión de sus vigencias.

Requisitos

¿Qué conocimientos requerimos?

Experiencia de al menos 2 años en la atención comercial de venta de soluciones empresariales (para mercados B2B). Experiencia en sector tecnológico y muy valorable Venta de soluciones empresariales Microsoft en empresas de servicios. Experiencia en venta de ERP y CRM. Usuario avanzado en el paquete Office, especialmente Excel Manejo de software empresarial / CRM

Valoramos:

Nivel alto de ingles Experiencia en venta de soluciones Microsoft (Ofimática/Microsoft 365 o Azure)
