Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Het is een functie waarin werkplezier wel heel makkelijk wordt gemaakt. Door zowel klanten als kandidaten een betere toekomst te geven door jouw kwalitatieve matches en creatieve sales skills heb jij zeer dankbaar werk. Daar tegenover staat ook nog eens dat je in een club van hechte collega's (met een gemiddelde leeftijd van 25) terecht komt waarmee je mooie luxe lunches hebt, naar bijvoorbeeld Ibiza of Barcelona gaat en waarmee je regelmatig je successen viert op de vrijmibo

Als Consultant krijg jij één op één begeleiding van professionals met jarenlang ervaring in het vak. Dit zorgt ervoor dat jij al snel de baas over jouw business bent waarbij jij zelf alle touwtjes in handen hebt. Zelfstandigheid is dan ook iets waar we in geloven en geven jou met plezier het vertrouwen en de ondersteuning die jij nodig hebt om succesvol te worden.

Gezien jouw sociale skills weet jij kandidaten en klanten aan je te binden en enthousiast te krijgen om met jou samen te werken. De mooie relaties die jij hiermee opbouwt en jouw eigen doorzettingsvermogen zorgen er elke keer weer voor dat jij successen weet te behalen en snel stappen kan zetten in jouw carrière

Door ons persoonlijk ontwikkelingsprogramma kan jij zelf aangeven hoe dat jij jouw carrière vorm wilt geven. Wellicht wil jij zo snel mogelijk een Team leiden, wil je Key Accounts uitbouwen zoals Philips & ASML, of wil je juist zoveel mogelijk winst behalen voor jezelf. Wij brengen je waar je wilt komen waarbij we uiteraard een stuk inzet terug verwachten.

Wie ben jij?
  • Beschikt over een HBO-/WO diploma;
  • Bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels;
  • Woont in Eindhoven en omgeving;
