- Implementar el plan de ventas para garantizar una óptima experiência de compra y disposición de los materiales promocionales.
- Formar y liderar un equipo comercial, estableciendo objetivos alineados con la estrategia.
- Desarrollar al equipo de manera continua y revisar el desempeño, fomentando así el compromiso y la excelencia tanto en ventas como en el servicio al cliente.
- Colaborar con la fuerza de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos marcados, proponiendo soluciones en el día a día para solventar las necesidades del consumidor.
- Supervisar Kpi ́s de venta y establecer planes de acción para su mejora continua.
- Asegurar que se trabaja conforme a la ética y cultura de la compañía.
- Representar los valores de de la compañía y actuar de manera coherente con la cultura de la marca.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Nível de inglés mínimo B
- Orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad.
- Manejar el paquete Office.
- Carnet de coche (mínimo un año de antigüedad).
- Estudios terminados, (muy valorable estudios universitarios).
